Join me around the cozy fire this week to roast some marshmallows for this heavenly tasting Flaming S'mores Martini! Proceed with caution if you play "flaming bartender" and use Everclear or Bacardi 151 to roast your marshmallows.
1 oz cream de cacao
1 oz marshmallow vodka
1 oz Bacardi 151 or Everclear
1 oz heavy cream
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
1 or 2 marshmallows
Rim martini glass with chocolate syrup. Coat in crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Combine cream de cacao, vodka and heavy cream in a shaker over ice. Strain into martini glass and garnish with marshmallows.
For a flaming martini, gently float the high-proof alcohol (Bacardi 151 or Everclear) on the surface of the drink. Carefully light with a kitchen torch. Toast your marshmallows on the flame and enjoy once the alcohol has burned off. Cheers!
