It's Friday and over here in my office, that means it's almost happy hour, friends! This week, I wanted to share a hot little toddy recipe with you. If you love a little bourbon in your cup every now and then, it will warm you right up, especially as the days get a little chillier around here.
MAPLE BOURBON APPLE CIDER
2 cups apple cider
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a medium size sauce pot over low heat, or in a slow cooker set to low, combine all ingredients and stir.
Ladle into cups and serve warm, not hot.
Recipe can easily be multiplied to serve a large crowd.
