This simple, organic winter wedding shoot brings us back to our Wisconsin roots of beautiful natural beauty filled with birches, pines and oak trees. Oh, and SNOW! Pure, fresh white snow that makes any winter wedding something so magical and dreamy, like something out of a magazine. We incorporated lush greenery, a trend we are going to continue to see a lot of in 2017! Along with pretty paper goods with our hand lettered calligraphy.Read More

Camp weddings, one of our favorites! Nestled in the north woods at Camp Lakotah alongside Little Hills Lake, Noah & Liz's camp wedding turned out gorgeous! They decked out their day with a sense of rustic woods of memorable, custom wood built details, campfires and smore's. This definitely made for one of the prettiest celebrations!
A big thanks to LUXE Photo Company for capturing these stunning moments!
Liz's beautiful blush blooms from Our Town Florist.
This rustic barn has been part of the groom's family farm for centuries.
More wooded details, this custom built picnic table was built by a family friend and used as a guest book to sign by guests.
The color scheme consisted of a pretty blush and gold palette. The center pieces were boasting with baby's breath, wood chargers, burlap and lace table runners.
Campfires and smore's bar completed this camp wedding, of course! There was a rustic wine barrel that had a smore's bar on top with all the fixings.
Congrats Noah & Liz! 9.26.15

Whether you are a crafty or not so crafty of a bride, there are so many fabulous do-it-yourself wedding decor ideas that are simple and won't break the bank. With a few tools such as spray paint, scissors, ribbon and glitter, you can create your very own beautiful centerpieces, vases, votive holders, place card holders and signs. By creating your very own with much love, it will not only save you money, but it allows for you to personalize your wedding, giving a much more meaningful ambience for your guests. Take a peek at a few of my favorites for this wedding season.
Find a mirror in a thrift store, antique shop or a yard sale, paint or spray paint it the color you desire and buy some white chalk markers from Target or a local craft store and volaaa. You have yourself a pretty menu sign to display.
This glamours gold leaf place card will certainly style your tablescape this fall! Collect some leaves from the outdoors, buy some gold spray paint from your local hardware store and use either black or white chalk markers to write your guest's names.
This greenery is so lovely to incorporate as garland for Mr. and Mrs. chairs. You can purchase greenery, such as bay leaves or eucalyptus from a farmer's market, Costco or grow it in your backyard depending on where you live. Greenery is much more cost effective than flowers. Here is a great DIY guide to creating this garland from Free People.

Personalize the small details like these cute stir sticks. You can purchase the straws in any color from Target and create gold hearts with name tags of your initials or a favorite saying of yours. You can adhere the name tags to the hearts and then glue the hearts directly on to the straw all with a glue gun. Ok, if you can't tell, I am kind of in love with Target!
Find candle sticks, mason jars, votive holders and wine bottles, most likely laying around your house somewhere and spray paint those babies gold or your select wedding color. It's amazing how spray paint can turn anything into something fabulous!
