From start to finish, we will guide you every step of the way. We will creatively design your event, scout your vendors and coordinate every last detail, so you can focus on marrying the love of your life during your engagement and on your wedding day.

• Unlimited access with Event & Wedding Designer via email, phone or meetings
• 1 additional event assistant day of wedding
• A site visit to ceremony & reception venue(s) based upon availability to walk through all wedding day logistics, timeline, décor setup details etc.
• Create wedding budget
• Preferred vendor list, assist in all vendor selections & contract negotiation
• Act as single point of contact between client & vendor
• Attend all vendor meetings (upon availability)
• Menu design includes attending cake/dessert and catering tastings (upon availability)
• Create custom floral & event design concept/mood board with options of patterns, color palette and inspirational photos for each event or wedding element/decor
• Create custom wedding ceremony & reception floor plan
• Coordination of one addition special wedding event (bridal shower, bachelorette party, welcome event or post wedding brunch)
• RSVP management
• Create wedding website
• Rehearsal coordination at your ceremony venue based upon availability and if necessary
• Create a custom wedding day guide (the who, what, where, when) to be distributed to vendors, family, bridal party attendants etc. as requested by couple
• Confirm all delivery/set-up times & details with all vendors
• Greet, oversee and manage vendors & wedding day logistics
• Setup, execute and tear down all event decor that you have made available (i.e. table numbers, escort cards, menus, linens, centerpieces etc.)
•     Load gifts into designated vehicle or to hotel room if held at the same location as event
• Up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day

EVENT + WEDDING DESIGN

For those of you who have all the logistical details already in place, but need a creative vision to pull all the pretty aesthetic details to life, we will assist in event design concepts with flair. From mood boards, color palettes & patterns, floral design and stationery, these are just a few elements that will be seamlessly planned and styled to create an insanely gorgeous event or wedding.

• Initial complimentary consultation and 2 additional meetings with event designer
• Create custom floral & event design concept/mood board with patterns, color palette and inspirational photos for each event or wedding element/decor
• Source & negotiate contracts of all event design vendors (i.e. floral, up lighting, linens, paper goods, furniture, event decor accents etc.)
• Confirm all delivery/set-up times & details with all event design vendors
• Create custom wedding ceremony & reception floor plan
• Oversee event design vendors on wedding day
• Setup and execute all event design items (i.e. floral, linens, paper goods, furniture, event decor accents etc.)

MONTH OF WEDDING COORDINATION

Also known as day-of wedding coordinating, we will step in the month before leading up to your wedding, finalizing all of the details you have planned to make sure every little logistical detail comes to life the day of your wedding. We want you to leave it all to us so you can sit back, sip on a few glasses of bubbly and enjoy your special day.

•     Create a custom wedding day guide (the who, what, where, when) to be distributed to all vendors, family, bridal party attendants etc. as requested by couple

• Additional event assistant(s) on wedding day

• Setting up full room layout of tables and chairs for ceremony + reception if not provided by venue’s staff
• Room flip from ceremony to reception (tear down/setup chairs + tables)
• Wedding errands such as picking up breakfast/coffee, lunch, gowns, delivery of guest welcome bags etc.
• Bussing tables of dinnerware + glassware after dinner if not provided by caterer or venue’s staff
• Planning rehearsal dinner

FLORAL DESIGN

We specialize in curating one of a kind, garden-inspired event and wedding floral arrangements unique to each celebration. Filled with organic and romantic full blooms, wandering vines, branches, and unique foliage - some freshly picked from our own garden and arranged in our ever-growing collection of vases, urns, and bowls. CALLIGRAPHY

In addition to planning + design services, we also offer custom hand written calligraphy on any type of surface your heart desires. From hand addressed envelopes, hand lettered chalk or mirror signs, plexi glass or wood seating charts to rocks, leaves or log place cards and menus; we’ve got you covered!
